Rapid PVC, operated by Avinash Naval Patil (Sole Proprietorship, Maharashtra, India, "we", "us", or "our"), is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy of our users, operators, and the citizens whose documents are formatted on our platform.

This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how it is processed, and our strict architectural commitments to zero permanent retention of sensitive identity files.

2. Zero-Retention Document Architecture

Unlike ordinary cloud platforms, Rapid PVC is engineered with a strict Zero-Retention Privacy Sweeper:

• Temporary Ephemeral Processing: When an operator uploads a PDF (such as e-Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, or Ayushman card) for PVC formatting, the file is temporarily loaded in isolated sandbox storage solely for vector rendering and image extraction.
• Automated 5-Minute Sweeper: Once the CR-80 card print file is rendered and downloaded, both the original uploaded PDF and the resulting print files are automatically scheduled for permanent deletion within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Zero Archiving: We do NOT archive, index, catalog, or create databases of citizen biometric information, Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, or residential addresses. Once purged, files cannot be recovered.

3. Information We Collect from Operators

To provide and maintain our services, we collect limited account details:

• Account Information: Full Name, Email Address, and strong bcrypt-hashed passwords.
• Recharge & Billing History: Payment Gateway Transaction IDs, timestamp, plan purchased (₹20, ₹100, ₹200, ₹300), and wallet credit balance for accounting and dispute resolution.
• Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, and operating system for security auditing, fraud prevention, and session management.

4. Payment Security & Financial Data

All financial transactions and wallet top-ups on Rapid PVC are handled with bank-grade security:

• PCI-DSS Compliant Gateways: We process all payments through certified payment aggregators (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI, or Stripe).
• No Storage of Card / PIN Data: Rapid PVC NEVER stores or has access to your credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, net banking passwords, or UPI MPINs. All payment credentials are encrypted directly through the payment gateway's secure iframe/redirect.
• SSL Encryption: The entire website is secured with 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use standard secure session cookies strictly for:

• Keeping operators securely logged into their dashboard session.
• Preventing Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks.

We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies or sell user browsing data to advertisers.

6. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We strictly maintain a zero-sale policy:

• We NEVER sell, rent, trade, or monetize operator information or document data with third-party marketing firms or data brokers.
• Information is disclosed only when strictly mandated by Indian law, valid court subpoenas, or authorized law enforcement agencies under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
