Important Note on Tangible Goods: Rapid PVC does NOT manufacture, store, ship, or physically deliver any tangible goods (such as blank PVC plastic cards, thermal printer ribbons, or physical printing hardware). All services provided by Rapid PVC are purely electronic and software-driven.

2. Mode of Delivery (Instant Electronic Delivery)

Since our service operates entirely via cloud infrastructure, all order fulfillment and deliverable outputs are provided electronically:

  • Wallet Recharge Credits: Upon successful transaction confirmation via our payment gateway partners (Cashfree / PayU / UPI / NetBanking), recharge credits are automatically and instantaneously added to the user's account wallet.
  • Formatted PVC Print Files: When an operator generates a card layout, the resulting high-definition 300 DPI layout (Front/Back PNGs and print-ready A4 PDF) is rendered and delivered directly through the web browser for immediate digital download.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Access

Delivery is considered legally completed when:

  1. The payment aggregator transmits a successful transaction notification and the operator's wallet balance increases.
  2. An official transaction entry is logged in the user's secure account dashboard.
  3. The downloadable print-ready output file is rendered available on the operator's screen.
