1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Operator", "User", "You") and Rapid PVC, owned and operated by Avinash Naval Patil (Sole Proprietorship, India, hereinafter referred to as "Rapid PVC", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing https://rapidpvc.online, registering an operator account, topping up your wallet, or using our PDF extraction and PVC layout generation tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies, including our Refunds & Cancellations Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description & Digital Nature of Platform

Rapid PVC is a cloud-based software utility designed specifically for Common Service Centres (CSC), Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLE), Cyber Cafe operators, and digital printing businesses across India.

• Layout Automation: The platform processes user-uploaded official PDF documents (such as e-Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, and Ayushman cards) and reformats them into CR-80 standard PVC card dimensions (85.6mm × 53.98mm) at 300 DPI high-resolution for instant printing on thermal, inkjet, and laser card printers.
• Formatting Utility Only: Rapid PVC does NOT issue, modify, fabricate, verify, or register government identification credentials. The software functions strictly as a document layout and alignment formatter.
• Instant Delivery: Services are rendered automatically and instantaneously upon operator request. Once a print layout is generated, the digital output is immediately ready for download.

3. Operator Eligibility & Legal Responsibilities

By registering on Rapid PVC, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following mandatory compliance requirements:

• Legal Age: You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Lawful Consent: You possess valid, explicit consent and authorization from the citizen or document owner whose identification document is uploaded for PVC print preparation.
• Strict Prohibition on Forgery: You shall NEVER upload counterfeit, forged, manipulated, or fraudulently obtained documents. Any attempt to manufacture fraudulent identification is strictly prohibited and constitutes an offence under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

4. Wallet, Recharges & Pricing Terms

Rapid PVC operates on a transparent prepaid wallet recharge model:

• Recharge Packs: Users purchase prepaid wallet credits through available recharge tiers (e.g. ₹20 Trial Pack, ₹100, ₹200, or ₹300 Value Packs).
• Per-Card Deduction: Each card generated deducts the prescribed nominal fee (₹0.95 per card on standard packs, ₹2.00 on trial pack) from your available wallet balance.
• Lifetime Validity: All wallet balances feature 100% Lifetime Validity and never expire until consumed by card generations.
• Currency & Taxes: All rates displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Secure Payment Gateways: Recharges are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators and payment gateways (including UPI, Net Banking, and Cards). We do not store sensitive bank login credentials or card CVV numbers.

5. Zero-Retention Data Policy & Privacy

We hold citizen privacy and data security to the highest standard:

• Ephemeral Processing: Uploaded source PDFs and generated print-ready files are retained on our servers only for the duration required to render the layout (maximum 5 to 15 minutes).
• Automated Purging: An automated server sweeper permanently deletes temporary PDF uploads and rasterized print outputs. No permanent database archives of citizen photos, demographic data, or biometric information are maintained.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, graphics, user interface designs, trademarks, and documentation comprising the Rapid PVC platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Avinash Naval Patil / Rapid PVC.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for legitimate commercial card printing operations. Reverse engineering, decompiling, automated web scraping, or unauthorized distribution of platform assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Rapid PVC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free server availability due to internet connectivity anomalies, government portal downtime, or third-party cloud infrastructure failures.
• Rapid PVC shall not be held liable for printer hardware defects, misalignment due to improper printer driver settings, or damaged physical PVC cards.
• In any event, our total cumulative liability to you for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the immediately preceding 30 days.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Rapid PVC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if:

• The account is found uploading suspicious, fraudulent, or non-authentic documentation.
• The operator initiates unauthorized chargebacks or payment fraud.
• The operator attempts to bypass wallet deduction mechanisms or launch DDoS attacks against our servers.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of Rapid PVC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
